Good afternoon. Nick here from wales.  You may remember selling me a basket chandelier and three wall lights late last year. They were all put up before Christmas and look fantastic !

So much so I would like to order another three wall lights exactly like the ones you have already supplied.

Dear Madam,

We recently received our lovely chandelier from you and had it successfully installed before Christmas which would not have been achieved without your help. We are very impressed with the service we received. Thank you.

 Is it possible to lengthen the chain and wire as our ceilings are 11 feet high and it could sit over the table a little lower than it is at present. How difficult would that be to achieve. As we would need more links would it be possible for us to get them from you.
